These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Glyph AI Command Interface SMS messaging service, operated by Rogue AI.

1. Program Description

Program Name: Glyph AI Notifications by Rogue AI

Description: Glyph is an internal AI command interface that sends AI-generated notifications, task completion alerts, operational updates, and other automated messages to registered users. Messages are triggered by user-configured automations or system events within the Glyph platform.

2. Eligibility & Registration

This service is available by invitation only to individuals whose phone numbers have been registered and approved by an administrator. To request access, contact glyph@rogueai.tech.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity, configured automations, and system events. You may receive several messages per day or fewer during periods of low activity.

4. Opt-In

You can opt in to receive SMS messages from Glyph by:

Logging into the Glyph platform and registering your mobile number in Settings
Texting START to the Glyph phone number

5. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out at any time. To stop receiving messages:

Reply STOP to any message from Glyph
Or contact an administrator to remove your number from the platform

After texting STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and will not receive further messages unless you re-opt-in.

For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at glyph@rogueai.tech.

For carrier support and information about message and data rates, contact your wireless provider.

7. Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your phone number or message content with third parties for marketing purposes.

8. Service Availability

Glyph is an internal tool and service availability is not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues, network problems, or scheduled maintenance.

9. Modifications

Rogue AI reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
