This Privacy Policy describes how Rogue AI ("we," "us," or "our") collects and uses information in connection with the Glyph AI Command Interface and its associated SMS messaging service.

When you interact with Glyph via SMS, we collect:
- Your mobile phone number
- The content of messages you send to us
- Message timestamps and delivery status
This information is used solely to operate the Glyph messaging service and route your messages to the AI system.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected to:
- Verify that your phone number is registered and authorized to use the service
- Process and respond to your messages through the Glyph AI system
- Send you notifications, task updates, and operational alerts you have opted in to receive
- Maintain service logs for troubleshooting and security purposes
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Your phone number and message content will not be disclosed to outside organizations except:
- Twilio: Our SMS infrastructure provider, which transmits messages on our behalf. Twilio's privacy policy governs their handling of message data.
- Legal requirements: If required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
4. Data Retention
Message logs are retained for operational and troubleshooting purposes and are subject to the same 14-day data retention policy that applies to all Glyph session data. Your phone number remains on file as long as your registration is active.
5. Opt-Out
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you re-register. To re-register, reply START.
6. Security
Access to Glyph and its messaging features is restricted to registered, authenticated users. Phone numbers are stored in a secured database with access limited to authorized administrators.
